20* weeks of support – and a potential career opportunity
Our Return to Work programme runs four days a week, for 20* weeks. Open to anyone who’s taken a voluntary career break of two years or more, it’s designed to refresh your knowledge and skills, and boost your workplace confidence. And it could lead on to an exciting career opportunity. (*NB for some areas of the business the programme will run for 25 weeks)
Whatever you’ve been up to, we know it will have enriched who you are and what you can offer our clients and business. This is about giving you the time and support you need to readjust and explore your options.
You’ll benefit from group induction sessions, mentoring and project experience, and the chance to work with some of the most inspiring people in business – not least your fellow returners.
Two thirds of the people who joined the programme last year have now transitioned into a permanent or contract role with the firm.
Who can apply for the Return to Work programme?
You must have:
- taken a voluntary career break of two or more years
- a keen interest in returning to work
- five or more years’ experience within professional services or industry
- the right to work in the UK
